Tiffany Baker

Tiffany is our Commercial Lines Claims Representative.  Her duties include processing commercial claims and filling in for the Personal Lines Claims Representative when needed.  She also prepares bonds, conducts MyWave training, and is a Notary Public.  Tiffany joined Consolidated in 2005.

Andy Bell, CPCU, CFP, CRM

Andy is a 1967 graduate of Miami University.  He joined Consolidated in 1971 and is a senior commercial account executive and agency principal. Andy received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1978, his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2001, and his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2007.

Tammy Bevan

Tammy is a Client Service Manager in our Personal Lines Department.  She handles inside sales and services a personal lines book of business.  Tammy has been with Consolidated since 1992.

Connie Collins

Connie joined Consolidated in 2003 and is a Client Service Manager in our Commercial Lines Department. She is a graduate of Wright State University and has over 20 years of commercial experience in the insurance industry.

Brenda Compston

Brenda works in our Benefits Department as the Billing & Enrollment/Claims Representative.  Her duties include group service issues including employee enrollments, claims, billing issues, and group meetings.  She has been with Consolidated since 2003. 

Charles Coover

Charles is an Account Manager in our Benefits Department.  He works with insurance companies on proposals and enrollment for group health benefits for current and prospective clients. He has been with Consolidated since 2004.

Michelle Demmitt

Michelle joined Consolidated Insurance in 2002 and is a Client Service Manager in our Commercial Lines Department. She is a 1992 graduate of Ohio University and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Bob Falkner

Bob is a Client Service Manager in our Personal Lines Department.  He handles inside sales and services a personal lines book of business.  Bob is a 1973 graduate of Clark State Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. He received his Life Insurance License in 1975 and joined Consolidated in 1982 after receiving his Property and Casualty License from the State of Ohio.

Hal Goodrich, CPCU, CRM

Hal is a 1970 graduate of Denison University. He joined Consolidated in 1970 and is a senior account executive and agency principal.  Hal received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation in 1978 and his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2006.

Jim Gray, CPCU, CIC

Jim is a 1980 graduate of Wittenberg University and has been with Consolidated Insurance since then as a sales representative who sells and services personal, commercial, farm, and life insurance. He earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation in 1986 and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2003.

Toby Hayden, CIC

Toby joined Consolidated in 2003 and works as an Account Manager and Team Leader in our Benefits Department.  Toby is a graduate of Otterbein College.  He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2006.

Carol Kidd

Carol is a Client Service Assistant in our Personal Lines Department.  She processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Carol has been with us since 1999 and has several years of prior experience servicing personal lines accounts.

Otto Larson, CIC

Otto is a 2000 graduate of Bowling Green University and has been with Consolidated Insurance since 2001 as a sales representative who sells and services both personal and commercial insurance. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2004.

Mary Jo Leventhal, CIC, CRM 

Mary Jo graduated from Wittenberg University in 1998. She is a commercial and personal lines agent specializing in Worksite and Payroll Deduction Programs and has been with Consolidated since 1997.  She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2004 and her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2008.

Kim Mason

Kim joined Consolidated in 2008 and serves as an Account Technician in our Benefits Department.  She prepares spreadsheets and proposal packets for presentation to clients.

Donna Mullins

Donna has been with Consolidated since 1992 and serves as our Accounting Supervisor/Administrative Team Leader.  Her duties include assisting customers with questions and payments, as well as reconciling all general ledger accounts including company payables. She also maintains accounts receivable records.

Doug Paugh, CLU, ChFC

Doug, a 1973 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has been with Consolidated since 1978 and serves as head of the Group Health and Life Department and is an agency principal.  Doug has both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designations.

Sharon Reisinger

Sharon is the first contact many of our clients have when they call or stop in the office. She is our receptionist and has been with Consolidated since 1994.

Mary Anne Riley

Mary Anne, an employee since 1968, serves as our senior Claims Representative and handles personal lines claims. She also assists on commercial lines claims when necessary. She earned her CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Woman) designation in 1995.

Sheryl Roddy

Sheryl is an assistant to our Administrative, Commercial, and Personal Lines Departments.  She also serves as a backup to our receptionist.  She has been with Consolidated since 2002.

Kaye Sample

Kaye is a Client Service Manager and Personal Lines Team Leader.  She handles inside sales and services a personal lines book of business.  Kaye is also part of the team that administers our payroll deduction program and is a Notary Public.  She has been with Consolidated since 1992.

Tina Schafer

Tina serves as our Administrative Assistant.  She prepares all forms of correspondence, including proposals and summaries, marketing materials, and provides administrative support to the agency.  She has been with Consolidated since 1997.

Theresa Sheeley

Theresa is an Account Technician in our Benefits Department. She has six years of group benefits experience and handles requests for proposals.  Theresa has been with Consolidated since 2006. 

Brenda Taylor

Brenda is a Client Service Manager and Team Leader in our Commercial Lines Department.  She has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.  Brenda joined Consolidated in 1991.
